Over the years, we have developed a suite of project management tools that directly build on our research projects and are actively used in the classroom. Designed to bring projects to life, they allow learners to experiment, decide and learn using realistic project data and hands-on scenarios.

The toolbox features an engaging business game for mastering time/cost trade-offs, a powerful set of data-driven tools for project scheduling, risk analysis, and project control, and an advanced research tool used in our PhD projects. From first exploration to advanced research, these tools connect theory with practice and give users direct access to the methods shaping modern project management.
