Keynote speech at EVM World 2012 was... a success, I think
This morning, Friday, June 1st, OR-AS partner Mario Vanhoucke and EVM Europe board member Stephan Vandevoorde have given their keynote presentation at the 28th Annual International EVM World 2012 Conference. We had a "top of the bill" impression since it was the last talk of the conference, in the big room, with an audience of mainly American people who seem to enjoy themselves with what we said.
Commercial Sector EVM Implementation in Europe at Fabricom
This afternoon, Wednesday May 30rd, 2012, Stephan Vandevoorde has presented a case study on "Commercial Sector EVM Implementation in Europe at Fabricom". In this presentation, he gave an overview of how Earned Value Management (EVM) is used at Fabricom, and highlighted future research avenues, including the p-factor that has been implemented in our software tool ProTrack.
A frequently asked question about ProTrack is how to export the Gantt Chart in ProTrack. We do acknowledge it is not the most intuïtive feature in ProTrack, and we plan to make it more user-friendly.
